Customer service has gone above and beyond for us every step of the way. We absolutely love our home and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Chartford have been fantastic from start to finish, we recently purchased a new build at Horsforth Grange and are very happy with the quality of the build and the service provided throughout.  Chris Thompson (site manager), Jan Clark (sales manager) and Phil Lee (after sales customer care) have each been fantastic and a pleasure to deal with.

Of course there were a few teething issues which are to be expected, but everything gets sorted quickly and efficiently.  If you don’t want to deal with teething problems, don’t buy a new house; they are inevitable! Phil Lee has been great to deal with throughout whenever we have needing anything – thank you Phil!

Chris Thompson the Managing Director was also contactable when required on certain matters and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
