We fell in love with the property as it was a classic stone build property in a beautiful area. Unlike other new builds there wasn’t a long list of extras to chase the price up. Luxury kitchen appliances, tops and cupboards were all included. The build quality was excellent- remember settling cracks, minor snags and the occasional slanting ceiling is the norm due to the minor imperfections of building materials and humans involved in the process. The team was incredibly helpful throughout and we were able to visit the property multiple times before completion.
