Named after the family of James Thomas Brudenell, owner of Kirkstall Abbey, the Brudenell Social Club is a firm centerpiece of the thriving Leeds music scene. Famous for it’s “secret gigs” the venue also hosts “not so secret gigs” most nights of the week. It’s a lively, fun loving venue and a registered charity to boot, run by its members for its members. It’s not just about the music though, there are local cask ales on tap, a well equipped games room and a lounge. If you like living in Headingley then this is destined to be a favourite place to visit.

Headingley itself is home to Beckett Park, Leeds Beckett University and the Headingley Stadium which is why this particular suburb of Leeds is known for its cosmopolitan culture and lively atmosphere.
