Choosing a home is an important and exciting decision and that is why we take care with the choice of every site and every new home that we design and build for you.

We want to ensure that you can enjoy and relax in your new home.

Whether a first time buyer or an experienced purchaser, should you need a helping hand the Chartford Sales and Customer Care Teams are here to help and assist you reserving your new Chartford home, exchanging contracts, moving day and aftercare service.


How We Will Help You

We take care over every new home and development that we design and build and we want to ensure that you can relax and enjoy life in your new home.

The Chartford Sales Team will help with all aspects of buying your new home including talking through the reservation process, advising if there are any offers available such as helping with your existing house sale. The first step is choosing your home, then making any colour scheme, fixtures or extra choices.

We can assist you with obtaining your mortgage (if needed) as we have a number of independent advisors whom we can recommend.
Also, we have a panel of independent solicitors who are experienced in purchasing new homes.

If your new home is being built, we will keep you advised of progress until it is ready for you to move in and will co-ordinate with you once completion of your purchase has occurred to make moving day as smooth as possible.

We at Chartford carry out regular quality inspections on each new home at key stages of construction to help you have confidence in your new home, even so all new buildings go through a period of bedding in after construction and immediately following your move. 

Shortly after you move in, our customer care team will contact you to make sure you are happy with your new home. We will provide you with our customer care team contact details should any issues arise or you need assistance.

For the first two years you will be covered by your Chartford Homes warranty which is administered by our Customer Care team. 

Should there be any defects with materials or workmanship during our initial two-year warranty period, please inform our Customer Care team who will be pleased to help. 

Also, your new home is covered by the Premier guarantee which begins from your completion day.
