Chartford Homes is the trading name of Chartford Developments Ltd, a privately owned property development company based in The Calls, Leeds.

Its board of directors is headed by Chairman Norman Stubbs, the former Chairman and co-founder of Leeds based national house builder Tay Homes Plc.  Whilst the name of Chartford is new to many, it is unquestionably a company built on the solid foundations of experience.

Chartford Homes is not a high volume house builder and is fully committed to delivering a carefully designed and well finished product.  All our properties are built under the scrutiny of the NHBC/Zurich and are sold with the benefit of a 10 year new homes guarantee.
